How Primeline Flow works
A simple, SMS-first dispatch system designed to get a qualified tradie to your door as fast as possible, without the phone calls.
You submit a job
Head to the Request a Tradie page and fill in the short form — your name, mobile number, the trade you need, your location, how urgent it is, and a quick description of the problem. The whole thing takes under a minute.
We only ask for what's needed to match you quickly and send SMS updates. No accounts, no passwords.
We broadcast to nearby tradies
The moment you submit, our system identifies tradies that match your trade and location, and sends them the job details. They respond with an ETA, typically within a few minutes.
Multiple tradies may see the job. We prioritise whoever can get to you fastest with the right skills.
You confirm by SMS
You receive a single SMS with the tradie's name and their estimated arrival time. Reply YES to confirm or NO to pass. Once you confirm, they're on their way.
You'll get one more SMS when the tradie is close. No apps to download, no accounts to manage.
Frequently asked questions
How much will it cost?⌄
Primeline Flow is free to use as a customer. The tradie who accepts your job will confirm pricing with you before any work begins. You're never locked in just by requesting.
Are the tradies vetted?⌄
Yes. Every tradie on the Primeline Flow network is verified before they can accept jobs, including trade licences and insurance where applicable.
What if no tradie is available?⌄
If no one accepts your job within a reasonable window, we'll let you know by SMS and widen the search. You're never charged for a job that doesn't get matched.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?⌄
You may request a cancellation before confirming your booking. Once you reply YES to confirm, a cancellation fee applies immediately. If the technician attends and cannot gain access, or the job does not proceed after attendance, a call out fee of $120 will be charged.
Do you operate outside Australia?⌄
Not yet. Primeline Flow currently operates across Australia only.
